- Excavation and clearing
- Foundation-framing
- Finalize selections
Step 4: Rough Walk
- Walk through review HVAC, plumbing, electrical
- Insulation installed
- Cabinet layout finalized
Step 5: Trim Stage
- Sheetrock
- Cabinet install / trim work
- Landscape meeting
Step 6: Home Introduction
- Walkthrough 7-10 days prior to closing
- Review systems/components
- Review warranty info
Step 7: Closing
- Final settlement
- Key delivery when funds verified
- Client move-In
